Use Reference of Silicone Resin Emulsion LR-EAP176
It is recommended to prepare a water-based resin-free color paste and then mix it with the resin emulsion. The resin emulsion exhibits strong self-drying properties at room temperature, offering early protection and easy transportability for coated workpieces. However, for optimal heat resistanceand enhanced physical and mechanical properties, curing at 200–280°C for 15–60 minutes is advised. Low-temperature curing capabilities can be achieved by incorporating a water-based polyurethane or amino curing agent.
