Silfluo LR-EAP176 is a non-ionic, acrylic-modified methyl/phenyl silicone resin emulsion formulated for heat-resistant industrial coatings. The continuous heat resistance reaches up to 300°C for clear varnishes and up to 500°C for pigmented coatings. It exhibits compatibility with organic resins, cures atambient temperatures when formulated with water-based curing agents, and is entirely water-dilutable.

Industrial Heat-Resistant Coatings: Utilized in industrial high-temperature paints and decorative applications requiring sustained heat resistance, high gloss, and full film build.
Formulation Procedure: It is recommended to prepare a water-based, resin-free color paste prior to blending with the resin emulsion.
Curing Profile: The emulsion exhibits ambient curing capabilities, providing early handling strength for coated workpieces. To achieve maximum heat resistance and optimal physical-mechanical properties, forced thermal curing at 200–280°C for 15–60 minutes is recommended.
Low-Temperature Modification: Accelerated low-temperature curing can be facilitated by incorporating compatible water-based polyurethane or amino curing agents.
Keep sealed in a cool, dry environment at temperatures between 5°C and 36°C. The shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture when stored in original unopened containers(material can still be utilized if it passes quality inspection after the expiration date).
