Used for the demolding of polyurethane molded components.
This product is a 60% emulsion, and users can adjust the concentration as needed. Typically, it should be diluted to 1–10%, then applied to the mold surface by spraying or brushing. Reapplication is recommended after one to five cycles. For optimal results, ensure a thin silicone film remains after the water has evaporated from the mold surface. The required amount varies based on the mold’s shape and size. As a general guideline, the initial usage is 5 grams of 60% emulsion per 1000 square centimeters.
