Heat-Resistant Coatings: Formulated with pigments and functional materials for heat-resistant coatings applied to exhaust pipes, electrostatic precipitators, and stoves.
Resin Modification: Blended with organic resins (including alkyd, acrylic, polyester, and epoxy matrices) to formulate temperature-resistant coatings.
Diluent Purity: Any diluents introduced must be free of water, acids, alkalis, amines, and other reactive compounds. Contamination will negatively impact adhesion, drying profiles, and overall film properties.
Safe Handling & Ventilation: This product contains toluene and other highly flammable, volatile solvents. Proper explosion-proof ventilation must be maintained during processing. Strict precautions against fire hazards, static electricity accumulation, and ignition sources are mandatory. Operators must adhere to occupational safety protocols and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Dilution Guidelines: The resin can be diluted using ketones, esters, toluene, and xylene.
In 200kg drum.
Keep in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight, acids, and alkalis. The shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture when stored in original unopened containers (material can still be utilized if it passes quality inspection after the expiration date). Classified and transported as a hazardous substance (flammable liquid).
