Silfluo LR-121 is a silicone resin solution supplied at 50% solid content, characterized by high-temperature resistance, electrical insulation, moisture resistance, and water resistance in the cured film. The cured film is hard and brittle with a high degree of crosslinking and low volatile loss during cure. Compared to LR-151, LR-121 provides improved substrate adhesion.

High-Temperature Laminates
Used as a bonding adhesive for manufacturing rigid mica boards and glass fiber cloth laminate sheets.
Mineral Surface Treatment
Used as a wear-resistant and high-gloss polishing treatment agent for marble and industrial floor tiles.
Diluent Purity: Any diluents or solvents introduced must be anhydrous and free of acids, alkalis, amines, or other reactive compounds. Contamination will initiate premature crosslinking and degrade the adhesion, drying profile, and mechanical properties of the cured film.
Safe Handling and Ventilation: This product contains toluene and other flammable, volatile solvents. Explosion-proof ventilation must be maintained during processing and application. Keep away from open flames, ignition sources, and static electricity sources. Follow chemical handling protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Recommended Solvents: Compatible and dilutable with ketones, esters, toluene, and xylene for viscosity adjustment.

Keep in cool, dry place. Avoid acid and alkali contact. Avoid direct sunlight. Transported as dangerous goods. The shelf life is half a year(can still be used if the product is qualified after the expiration date).
