Silicone Conformal Coating LC-1390 Series is a pale yellow, transparent liquid formulated as a high-performance silicone conformal coating. It features strong adhesion, moderate strength, excellent thermal cycling resistance, outstanding sulfur resistance, and superior moisture and weather durability. With its low-odor, eco-friendly, and medium-viscosity profile, it can be cured at both room temperature and under accelerated heat.

In 200kg / iron drum or 20kg / iron drum, the packaging can be specified according to the needs of users.

Store the product in a well-ventilated and low temperature(0°C - 30°C) away from sunlight. The shelf life is 6 months(can still be used if the product is qualified after the expiration date).

LC-1397 is storied and transported as non-dangerous goods, other types as dangerous goods.

Application Guidelines:

1. This product can be applied via brushing, spraying, dipping, or other standard methods, ensuring a smooth, uniform coating without sagging, pinholes, or missed areas.

2. Prior to application, ensure that the substrate surface is completely clean and free from moisture, oil, and other contaminants to achieve optimal adhesion.

3. If a multiple-layer application is required, the second coat should only be applied after the first layer has become tack-free to ensure the best results.

4. This is a one-component (1K) product that cures via atmospheric moisture. Elevated temperatures and higher relative humidity will accelerate the curing process. Any unused portion must be tightly resealed immediately to prevent skinning and premature curing within the container.

5. Keep away from open flames and heat sources during application. Anti-static precautions must be taken (e.g., avoiding static-generating clothing) to prevent ignition hazards.
