This product is a light yellow, transparent liquid and serves as a silicone conformal coating with strong adhesion, moderate strength, excellent thermal cycling resistance, high resistance to vulcanization, and superior moisture and weather resistance. It is low-odor, environmentally friendly, and has medium viscosity, allowing for both room-temperature and heat curing.

Once cured, it forms a durable bond with metals, PCB boards, and various substrates, making it suitable for electronics, electrical appliances, home appliances, digital devices, LED technology, automotive, aerospace, marine, medical, and other industries. It provides comprehensive protection for electronic devices, circuit boards, communication equipment, and other precision components, offering moisture resistance, salt spray resistance, mold prevention, dust protection, shock absorption, corrosion resistance, anti-leakage properties, insulation, and extended service life. Additionally, this product can be enhanced with ultraviolet fluorescent agents, making it easier to detect coating coverage during inspections.

Package &Storage:

In 200kg / iron drum or 20kg / iron drum, the packaging can be specified according to the needs of users.

Store the product in a well-ventilated and low temperature(0°C - 30°C) away from sunlight. The shelf life is 6 months(can still be used if the product is qualified after the expiration date).

LC-1397 is storied and transported as non-dangerous goods, other types as dangerous goods.

Use Reference:

1. This product can be applied via brushing, spraying, dipping, or other methods, ensuring a smooth, uniform coating without sagging or gaps.

2. Prior to application, ensure that the surface is free from water, oil, and contaminants for optimal adhesion.

3. A second coat should only be applied after the first layer has dried to achieve the best results.

4. This product is single-component and cures by absorbing moisture from the air. Higher humidity accelerates curing, as does higher temperature. If not used completely, seal the container immediately to prevent premature curing.

5. Avoid open flames during application, and refrain from wearing static-prone clothing to prevent potential hazards.
