Silfluo LR-021 is a silicone resin featuring a cross-linked structural network. Upon curing, it achieves structural hardness. When formulated with inorganic fillers, it has high-temperature resistance. Following high-temperature thermal degradation (sintering), the resin converts to form Si-O or Si-C bonds, resulting in a ceramic yield. It maintains adhesion under thermal conditions.

Laminate Manufacturing: Utilized as a binding matrix for manufacturing high-hardness mica boards and glass fiber boards.
Refractory & Thermal Adhesives: Serves as a refractory adhesive, high-temperature bonding agent and sealant
Chemical Incompatibility: This product must not come into contact with acids, alkalis, organic salts, or amines. Exposure to these substances triggers accelerated curing and gelation, which compromises the final product performance.
Safe Handling & Ventilation: This product contains toluene and other highly flammable or explosive solvents. Proper explosion-proof ventilation must be maintained during processing. Strict precautions against fire, static electricity accumulation, and ignition sources are mandatory. Operators must adhere to occupational safety protocols and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Dilution Guidelines: The resin can be diluted using alcohol-based solvents (such as methanol or ethanol) as well as aromatic solvents (such as toluene and xylene).

Keep in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight, acids, and alkalis. The shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture when stored in original unopened containers (material can still be utilized if it passes quality inspection after the expiration date). Classified and transported as a hazardous substance (flammable liquid).
