Silfluo LR-152 is an organic silicone resin used for high-temperature resistance, electrical insulation, moisture resistance, and water repellency. It has a crosslinked, rigid, and brittle cure profile. It shows a high degree of curing with low mass volatilization and outgassing during elevated-temperature curing.

High-temperature laminates
Used as a bonding adhesive for rigid mica boards and glass fiber cloth laminate sheets.
Mineral surface treatment
Used as a wear-resistant and gloss treatment agent for marble and industrial floor tiles.
Diluent Purity: Diluents or solvents should be anhydrous and free of acids, alkalis, amines, and other reactive compounds. Contamination may trigger crosslinking and affect adhesion, drying profile, and final paint film quality.
Safe Handling & Ventilation: This product contains toluene and other flammable solvents. Use explosion-proof ventilation during processing. Control open flames, ignition sources, and static electricity. Operators should use personal protective equipment according to the SDS.
Recommended Solvents: The resin can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, or similar solvents.

Keep in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight, acids, and alkalis exposure. The shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture when stored in original unopened containers (material can still be utilized if it passes quality inspection after the expiration date). Classified and transported as a hazardous substance (flammable liquid).
