Applications of Organic Silicone Resin LR-037

It is ideal for incorporating compatible silicone components into other resins, such as acrylic, polyester, and epoxy materials, to enhance their high-temperature stability and weather resistance. For instance, adding 30% silicone intermediates can improve the continuous heat resistance of organic resins to 300-350°C.

Use Reference of Organic Silicone Resin LR-037

It is generally advised to disperse the pigment and filler together with part of the resin to create a color paste, then incorporate the remaining resin to formulate the final paint. Alternatively, a resin-free color paste can be directly blended into the resin to produce the finished paint.

Suitable diluents include hydroxyl-free solvents such as xylene.
