Applications of Organic Silicone Resin LR-037

Resin Modification: Utilized for incorporating silicone components into organic resins (including acrylic, polyester, and epoxy materials) to enhance high-temperature stability and weather resistance. The addition of 30% of this silicone intermediate can improve the continuous heat resistance of the base organic resins to 300-350°C.

Use Reference of Organic Silicone Resin LR-037

Formulation Procedure: Pigments and fillers should be dispersed together with a portion of the resin to create a color paste, followed by the incorporation of the remaining resin to formulate the final coating. Alternatively, a resin-free color paste can be directly blended into the resin.

Dilution Guidelines: Diluents must be strictly limited to hydroxyl-free solvents, such as xylene.
